So disappointed to say after many years, I may not return to Azar. I left with the incorrect contact prescription and a glasses prescription I had no pay for but did not request.
Worst company I have ever dealt with, we made an appointment and told them what insurance we had. They knew that they did not take our insurance, however scheduled the appointment anyhow, they didn't not tell us that our insurance was not accepted till it was time to pay. Charged us a huge co pay while there and sent us a bill for full amount. I would not recommend this company, a better business complaint will be filed as well. ****Do not do business with this company****
Both of my parent's been coming here for years. This was my first time and the staff was awesome. Wat I really liked was da time dey took to explain everything. I definitely would recommend more family n freinds
