This is the first time in my life I have ever left a negative review about a service I received. The stylist, Moe, was late to my appointment. I specifically told her that I only wanted a very small trim, less than an inch off and to keep my shape and layers. I didn't want to lose any length. She had to borrow products from the station to her right and then she had to interrupt the stylist on the station to our left and ask to borrow her brushes to brush out my hair.
