Awful. Full of mold. Broken appliances, air always goes out and it will take days, weeks, and possibly months before anyone will come to fix dryer vent duct backed up, broken windows. No pest control. But you will pay for it with your rent. No on site property manager. No onsite maintenance or after hours phone to call either make a complaint and expect to see a letter to vacate on your door the following days. Managers and owner speak to you like your a dog. Run don’t walk. And don’t even look back.
