I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. All they do is make excuses. I'm trying so hard to find a way to break my lease so these pathetic cucks can get no more of my money. Oh also apparently black mold isn't a health issue for my 5 months pregnant wife.

DO NOT MOVE INTO AZALEA RIDGE OR PECAN GROVE. These people are fucking pathetic. Our dishwasher has been growing mold since they came to "fix it" a month ago. It hasn't worked in even longer time. I called the office today to ask when they were coming to get the dishwasher. This lady told me that it wasn't an emergency and they have 48 hours to do it even though it is A FUCKING HEALTH HAZARD AND I AM ALMOST 5 MONTHS PREGNANT. Horrible place to live. Management is always procrastinating. Their maintenance team are just random people they hire off the streets with no certifications or anything, they don't know how to fix anything. Lived their for a year and a half and my apartment still had unfixed issues from day one. Bought a storage locker from the property manager and they failed to filed the paper work and they cut the locks of everyone's storage locker and went through personal stuff and was threatening to throw their items away.
