The maintenance team doesn't do anything but pick up trash and call it a day. If you want something fixed, you got to do it yourself! It wasn't like that when Archie was working here.

I don't know where to start. My mother lived at these apartments for 9 years. In those 9 years there have been over 7 different management teams. Each has been replaced for alleged stealing funds. The resource center that helps people with rental assistance stated that there were strange things that were happening at this property, because residents were getting over charged and even payments not being applied. There is standing water that is destroying the entire Apartment #314 where I live, which is connected to the sidewalk and will not go underground. It smells extremely terrible and this needs fixing because I can't sleep in my bedroom and I have to sleep in in the living room. This problem needs to be fixed right now, or else you need to grant me another apartment that is extremely clean and strictly on the first floor because of my health conditions.
