Wow!!! Second floor registration!!! 09July2026 1250PM. Impeccable, incredible personality and character, I was beyond impressed! They made me laugh & took good care of me even though I was late and everyone was completely and totally amazing. A++ on the hires Azalea orthopedics, and I say they all get the day off with pay!!!!! Thx and props out to Doc Patteson, i'm just now starting to feel the pain, and it ain't too bad... thx Doc!!!
Nice facility, could use some updates in the rooms, nice people. Expect long wait times. 3 x there and each time was at least a 90 minute to 2 hour wait in waiting room and 15-30 minute wait in actual patient room. Last time our appt was at 1045am and did not get into doc for like 2 hours then xray, visit with doc, and finally casting area. Left around 330pm. Long time there. Good place but bring a snack and drink...lol
You would not believe what I went through for days with this unprofessional organization. I was in an auto accident that was my fault - no insurance money to be paid to me. I sent them a copy of my own insurance policy that showed I did not have insurance with my auto company as well. I DO however have Medicare. They refused to accept Medicare, my primary insurer unless Medicare sent them a letter of subrogation stating they would pay the bill.
