I have seen Dr. Langford a handful of times at both locations, Tyler and Longview. I am so grateful for Dr. Langford. He is the 4th back doctor I have seen and he is by far the best! He answers my questions and helps me understand what the spine problem is, which is invaluable to me. Dr Langford is a problem solver! His nurse is so kind and genuine. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I had a scheduled afternoon appointment on Monday, 9/2/25. That morning, I called at 8:13 a.m. to inform them that I was unwell, and the representative who answered the phone rescheduled my appointment for 10/13/25. When I called to confirm my appointment time for today, the lady who answered the phone placed me on hold for 11 minutes without explanation. People who answer the phones are very unprofessional. Originally called to reschedule my appointment. However, the way the phone was answered left me feeling that the organization is disorderly. I decided to cancel it completely. Real shame my mother praised the doctors.
