Great place to stay! Right in the middle of Banner Elk and easily walkable to all the restaurants. We got hit with a snow storm and were not able to make it up the mountain to our original air bnb . We called and they answered and got us right into a cute cabin for my wife and I and 4 young kids. Gave us a ton of grace and really helped us in a time of need. Couldn’t thank them enough! Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Centrally located with restaurants across the street. Understand there isn't any staff available. All customer service is via email and text which was confusing to us. Cleaning staff is available in the morning. Beds in our opinion were too soft. They don't provide breakfast at the inn but they own the Bayou restaurant and you get a free breakfast there. Fabulous place. Easy to book, easy check in, super cute place and rooms. Stayed upstairs in the main house. Room was very clean, well appointed. Cannot beat it for location, we were able to walk all over while we stayed. Good communication from property, other guests friendly, the place was very quiet. Would happily stay again if coming through the area again.

The location was perfect. The home was stunning. Had a coffee bar. No breakfast provided. Door didn’t deadbolt. No services provided. Very quiet.
