Everything. They switched management 3 different times. Didn’t even get to move into apartment in time because it was so nasty and they never finished it. So they gave us August and September free. Now new management says we owe for those two months. They lost 2 Individuals applications and our making us pay for them again and have to be reapproved. Could NEVER get in touch with a branch higher than management. Heck, been there for 3-4 months and still don’t have mailbox keys. Apparently gotta go to the post office and pay $... read more

I would NOT recommend staying here!! While taking pictures in front of MY apartment, some new lady by the name of Donna Evertt that apparently started working here came to me and says that we look like “trashy mess” and that she can’t sell apartments with me outside. Racist. Profiling. And just plain rude!
Azalea Hill is in a lovey location between downtown and the everyday access of Woodruff Road. You’re 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from all of your groceries. It’s a super quick drive onto 85 if you’re taking a drive to Atlanta or Spartanburg. You can walk to Bilo if you want. Furthermore, management / maintenance are very prompt and helpful. The apartments are spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and stay again.
I actually reside Ina a unit here number 706, the lady at front desk should have her license removed she degraded in front of customers telling. Me I didn't live here she doesn't know me! Hell, why I wanna meet every one in a complex
