Well kept property. Friendly and helpful on site management. I feel very safe here and neighbors make for a great feeling of community.
I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m so impressed by how kind and helpful these folks are… Anne, on-site manager and geranium lover, and Dennis the property caretaker have already moved three dozen UPS boxes, a large IKEA and Wayfare order, into my apartment as the lockdown and cold weather had delayed my move by two months. Also, to Ms. Elaynah Rogers, a reviewer below. Why are you punishing Azalea Gardens by leaving them a one star review as a result of Google incorrectly calling you a local guide?

I've been living here for a year and a half. We are pleased with our apartment, the rent, and the current management. When we have issues, the onsite manager gets the maintenance guy to fix things quickly. We have no infestations of any kind, and this includes clean and attractive common areas. I look at other rentals to compare, and this is a great value for the money. Our location in North Park is ideal, and although we occasionally have concerns about homeless trying to enter the property, we have experienced very little ... read more
Excuse me but I am NOT...NOR EVER WAS...A "LOCAL GUIDE" !! I have tried to correct this, but they still haven't changed it. THEY EVEN HAD ME DOWN AS A LOCAL GUIDE TO PLACES I'VE NEVER BEEN !! OR EVEN HEARD OF!!!!!
