Go to this florist if you want to be treated poorly. It is such a shame because their flowers are beautiful. Unfortunately, the staff completely lack customer service skills. My sister and I picked out a few flowers and asked for them to be arranged into a bunch. From that moment, the attitude started. While we waited outside, we could hear one of the male staff loudly ranting about other customers and his personal life, completely unprofessional. Azalea Flowers is hands down my favourite local florist. The blooms are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and have that “just stepped out of a magazine” quality — only better because you get to take them home. The staff are warm and helpful without being pushy, and they somehow always know exactly what bunch will brighten someone’s day. As a local, it’s my go-to for everything from little pick-me-ups to gifts, and it never disappoints.
