The worst experience I've ever had with a florist. Ordered and paid for a bouquet at the end of January which was never delivered, and still haven't gotten a refund from them because they refuse to return my emails, calls (& voicemails) and website contact requests. I've made multiple attempts at contacting Azalea, but to no avail. Incredibly frustrating to pay for something and not have it delivered and then not be able to get in touch with anyone at the company to rectify the issue. To the most wonderful florist in Melbourne Bahara & Brent always come up with the most beautiful combinations of flowers with a wonderful smile and lovely chat!!!
Really lovely, helpful staff, great selection and pricing Last time I bought flowers here they lasted over a month(!!) with no special care besides sporadic water changes Happily travel in all the way from Brunswick just for these 💕

Gorgeous flowers and equally gorgeous service! My go to florist for all occasions. Brent and Bahara were wonderful help in creating a bouquet for my friend’s birthday, so much so that it’d be a crime not to photograph and share with the internet. Bonnie-approved, too :)
