I had a very upsetting experience at this store on Saturday, 2nd August. While shopping at the market, my husband surprised me with a bouquet from this store. It was wrapped in brown paper and twine, and we brought it home with excitement. However, when we unwrapped it, we were shocked. The flowers inside were clearly old, wilted, and some were broken. Just wanted to shout out one of the florists that works here. Always on point with advice on home care and aesthetic. Today, they offered to do a simple home arrangement for me (with the blooms I had chosen), and it was nothing short of gorgeous. There's a reason this place is the high-end option at South Melbourne markets.
