Amazing First Impression Can't say I've ever been impressed by a dental office, but there's a first time for everything. From handling my insurance confusion to the cleaning, x-rays and follow up on next steps every person in the building was pure pro and warm & friendly. Speaking of the building, what a cool, unique place in a lovely part of St. Augustine. There's just enough feel of fun too which, to me, helps lower the stress. Good people, real pros, high tech... Impressive! Thanks to all!
Going to the Dentist doesn't have to be painful! I can't say that going to any dentist is fun, but Dr. Trunk and her associates made the experience as pleasant as possible. The office is a fine old house that has been up-dated with beautiful furniture and very calming colors. Very light, bright and comfortable. The staff is very professional and personable. Dr. Trunk is very kind and gentle and highly qualified. It's Excellent!!
Cleaning My hygienist did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. She explained what I need to do to take care of my teeth. The dentist did an exam after the hygienist completed her job. I am very well please with the service I received.
