I have not responded to your emails because, even though I would love an appointment, I am living in Texas now. I am so pleased with all of the dental work you performed, and for the professional and amazing staff! Wishing you were here.
The Team makes you feel very comfortable. The Dentist is very personable and really listens and offers his advice in different ways and has a great personality. I told my wife that we struck gold with choosing the Team here in St. Augustine.
I moved to St. Augustine about a year ago and finally set up a dental appointment with Dental Doctors of Florida which accepted my insurance. I'm pleased to say that I made the right decision. I had a great check-up which included x-rays, cleaning and consultation from the dentist, Merlin P Ohmer,DDS. I could not have asked for better service from the hygienist (Kalani) followed by a very professional and thorough consultation from Dr. Ohmer.
I was greeted by a lovely and friendly staff. I was called in within 10 minutes of arriving as a new patient. From that moment on I was treated in a friendly yet very professional way. I then met with the hygienist for an evaluation for she showed nothing but compassion and explain things very thoroughly to me. Next the dentist herself came in and went through all the findings and explained my different options to me. Awesome just before holidays
The staff including “Doc” (as I call him) are awesome! The care is excellent and they all portray a caring attitude. I will never go anywhere else.
Just a dental cleaning, and a bit of a complaint about TMJ that Dr. Ohmer investigated well, but like always, efficient, friendly, proficient. With Dr. Ohmer's expertise and his staff's care and concern, easy to say that I actually LIKE going to the dentist!
From the appointment phone call, warm reception in the office , on time schedule, and professional work... an outstanding dental practice
