I have been seen numerous times for dental work. My insurance dropped their contract and nothing was communicated by anyone until check out. Furthermore a previous visit the assistant and dentist assured me the estimate was right in line with my insurance parameters. Now there's a $355 bill which I feel betrayed by all parties. Originally it was a$125 charge which I paid now another 355 is due. This is a 284% difference which is utterly unacceptable. How is my experience? Oh no! We are so sorry to see your dissatisfaction with insurance. We have never been dropped by an insurance company. As of July 1st we discontinued our participation with a 3rd party that allowed hundreds of insurance companies to fall within a preferred provider status. We were unable to receive accurate information regarding benefits and therefore led to misinformation on insurance benefit estimations. In addition, this company did not cover the cost of basic materials and/or employee hourly wages. Because we are unwilli... read more

Lost a crown while on vacation. Got me in first thing next day. Staff was friendly, treating me as if I was a long time patient. They explained my options, and what the fee would be. The doctor explained that I must follow up with my dentist upon my return home. She repaired my crown and was under weigh in less than an hour. I am truly grateful.
