Overall high noise level and dirty after the new owners took over. Common areas were left unclean with full ashtrays and bottles. External doors were often left open overnight on many occassions. Dog hair all over stairwells.

I hate the new owners they work on the building constantly ever since they bought the property. They are currently sanding the floors in the unit above me at 7 am. They do work as early as possible even on weekends. This is a constant thing with them I can never get any sleep anymore. They have no consideration for the people living here.

It used to be a great place to live until it got bought out by new owners. Now, I get woken up almost every day, including weekends, at 7 or 8 am from the incredibly loud work they do on the building. It will be so loud it will give me headaches all hours of the day with no warning that they are going to be doing work. The workers are very loud and inconsiderate as well, literally yelling and talking at the top of their lungs in the hall right outside my door. It’s unbearable, I will not be renewing my lease with them.

I stayed with friends in this property, really nice two bedroom place. Quite block, nice and clean.
