They replaced our roof in 2020. Called in August of 2022 due to a massive leak in the roof. Didn’t respond for weeks. Finally “repaired” it over a month later, and started to leak again in December. I can no longer get a response from anyone when I call and when I show up to address no one is in the office.

I have called and called. Like the other reviews Rob does not respond. And when he does respond it’s empty promises. I have a leak from roof replacement in 2021. Please do not use them . If something changes I will correct this review. Very Poor customer Service

Just got off the phone with Rob, which I am assuming is the owner. I called Rob on 09/14/2023 at 11:31 AM to get an estimate for my roof. After speaking with him I gave him all the details and he told me, “I will work on this tomorrow afternoon and email you your estimate.” So on 09/15/2023 at 5 PM I haven’t heard from Rob so I text him “Hey man, Following up on my estimate?
