I would give zero stars if possible. The office shows a clear double standard—the doctor was polite and respectful to a male patient, but his attitude toward me was dismissive and condescending. He dismissed my longstanding suppressed TSH as "unimportant" despite my consistent heart arrhythmias, repeatedly saying "your T4 is fine" and "TSH doesn't matter," and offered no referral to endocrinology. I arrived early, and waited more than an hour past the appointment time, kept being assured I was next, never was called. I saw the doctor walking back and forth in the back. 3 waves of patients came in after me, were seen, and left. I finally just asked to reschedule at that point, and the woman behind the desk seemed to be amused by the situation. Another woman was turned away even after showing her confirmed appt on her phone, they insisted she was scheduled for another day and didn't offer to help her. Awful.
