Really wanted to love and support this place. I booked a pedicure 6 weeks postpartum, but my childcare was running late. I let the salon know and did everything I could to find a solution, but the salon was quick to enforce a cancellation policy and said they would charge me $75. Frequented this salon for many years, but a few months ago realized it was not for me. I want to support local business, my community, and more ethical labor practices so I overlooked a few disappointing manicures here and there (usually when it involved nail art), changing prices/products, confusing booking system, and inflexible cancellation policy because frankly, it made me feel good to go there.
