We have rented from Azalea Storage for 15 years consistently. We've used them for rental trucks for 10 years. Never had a problem until this past year. The property manager has gone out of her way, IN EVERY WAY, to make us feel our items are AT RISK OF THEFT, further stating the STORAGE FACILITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for unit thefts. AT THE SAME TIME, the property manager HAS A HIGH SCHOOL BAND and public events INVITING MANY NON-TENANTS on property grounds putting ALL our possessions at GREATER RISK. Extremely displeased.
