We have rented from Azalea Storage for 15 years consistently. We've used them for rental trucks for 10 years. Never had a problem until this past year. The property manager has gone out of her way, IN EVERY WAY, to make us feel our items are AT RISK OF THEFT, further stating the STORAGE FACILITY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for unit thefts. AT THE SAME TIME, the property manager HAS A HIGH SCHOOL BAND and public events INVITING MANY NON-TENANTS on property grounds putting ALL our possessions at GREATER RISK. Extremely displeased.
I have been with this storage unit for over 2 years. I decided to move out of this unit because the new owners increased the prices on people who already HAD a storage unit. I moved out of my unit 3 days before I was scheduled to vacate. On this date as I was making multiple trips to my residence right down the street less than 5 min away. I left the lock off my unit but had not advised owners I was don't vacating. The employees at Azalea Avenue Self storage are friendly and helpful. They made moving easy and less stressful!
I was very impressed with this mini storage business. It was so clean, well managed and very reasonably priced. I would store here again and would definitely recomend them.
