We ordered 3 posters and 3 floral signs. We were told they would be here an hour before the ceremony and instead they came DURING the ceremony. The pastor was speaking while our flowers were being set up and by the time everything was setup the service was over. Very displeased since no one got to see everything we wanted. We were not far either as the funeral took place in rose hills and they had to scramble to fix everything.
I purchased a bouquet to have delivered to a friend, same day, and I am 100% satisfied. The bouquet looks beautiful, the price was lower than many other local florists, and I received responses to my annoying inquiries with impeccable timing.
Zimri you are an absolute ANGEL!! Zimri helped me with very last minute mother's day balloons - her customer service is THE BEST! She has a genuine heart of gold, God definitely lead me to the best florist. 1000% recommend you all check her out! Spectacular arrangement. I selected the florist’s choice bouquet, and was able to request specific blooms and a color scheme. Florist worked to accommodate my preferences and same-day delivered a truly gorgeous bouquet. Thank you!
Called four hours before a funeral service to order a small arrangement and they were so helpful. They managed to get the flowers there on time before the services and even helped with the card since I was having hard time finding the words. Really appreciate their service.
