Our furnace failed inspection - cracked heat exchanger from overheating. AZ HVAC/Duct Service said "low airflow killed it, probably dirty ducts." Duct cleaning before new furnace install found returns completely choked with 18 years of pet hair and dust. Blower wheel was 1/2 inch thick with gunk. After full cleaning, new furnace runs perfectly with 0.38 static. Tech said new furnace would have died in 3 years same way if we hadn't cleaned. Excellent experience all around. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, and took pride in their work. They didn’t rush through the job and made sure everything was completed properly before leaving.
Tenant kept saying the apartment was dusty and making her sick. We authorized duct cleaning to keep the peace. Crew found heavy dust + cooking grease in the returns from past tenants. Cleaned everything, provided report for our files. Tenant renewed her lease and complaints stopped. Cheaper than a vacancy.
