My experience with this company, Called this morning for carpet cleaning, was told they can do it today and that they would be here between 3:15-3:30. They in fact didn’t show up when they said. After a few attempts at leaving texts messages with them about an ETA and if we should just reschedule, they finally called back around 4:30 stating they were out of the office and didn’t realize they were on a time schedule with us?! If the service is a poor every time I would say the other reviews are all false. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. They wanted $250 for 50sf of carpet. They did not do anything but spread the stain out. They even used some spot remover we had out. I am guessing they just sprayed water on the carpet. USE ZEROREZ or CHEMDRY, save your money.
Jacked up the price 25% when they got to house. Told them all the details prior to arrival then they did a bait n switch on price.
Masters of carpet. I needed true craftmens work and they delivered. If you need some carpet pros that know what they are doing and for a good price, call these guys.
The tile cleaning I just got was truly amazing for the price. The job took hours (it was pretty big) and they did a PERFECT job I would say. Great Same Day Service.
