OK I am very mad I fell for this. My whole living room is worse than when I called. The service worker did not even take off his shoes and tracked mud all in my house. Come to find out when I look at other reviews, this has happened to many people they have serviced. I do not know how I did not see them until I looked up this company online. If I did this ahead of time I would have gone elsewhere. Posting this to hopefully inform others and see if they will help me.

Wow I am so shocked. I was quoted 99 for 3 rooms. I have had many carpet cleaners in my life so I understand how these service should work. When they said they were done (about 40min which no way it should take this fast) they called me and demanded 300 due to stains they had to remove. Do not fall for the bait and switch. Google them. Do your research and learn for yourself. After I confronted the man about the price switch, he turned aggressive and demanded payment. Sadly very disappointed in the service we got today.I was looking for a nice local business to clean my mothers carpets. We had to redo the work with different company, we wasted $250 when we were told it was 99 on the phone. I have now researched this company and understand its tactics. Please take your time and do your research before hiring a company, this could have saved us ahead of time.

I want to advise people to google this business before using. I sadly had bad service conducted by them. After googling now I am aware of this type of business. Next time I will be more wise.
