Once again we have had superb service and experience with AZ Roofing Works! They initially put a new roof on the house. This time they repaired the roof where it needed it, added a gutter, cleaned the gutters, added filters to the gutters to keep out the leaves, painted some on the house, replaced the back gate,cleaned the solar panels, and I am sure I am missing something. Fair price. Poor communication. Poor finish work. (Had to revisit property 4 times for finish work.) Good at cleaning up their messes. They fixed things they damaged and/or defaced on the property when asked to do so.
Whether it’s a patio or whole home roof replacement. Az roofing works. Has the team and professionalism to get it done. Called Sunday with my problem. Was seen Monday, given my options. And Tuesday morning a whole team showed up, by end of day my problem was taken care of. Amazing job you guys. Thank you. All of my friends WILL be hearing about you.
Very unfortunate to have to leave a negative review. I got this contractor recommended to me by a family member who had used them last year to do their roof and was in the process of using them again for another home in the family needing a new roof. The estimate appointment was scheduled quickly and efficiently. They came and within 3 minutes of being on my roof told me I needed an entire new roof.
