This company ignores maintenance requests. Had really bad plumbing leak from second floor down through the first floor ceiling. They told me to not use the bathtub upstairs and then never responded to anymore of my inquiries about the issue. Completely ignored me for 8 months of our one year lease until it was time to renew the lease.

DO NOT rent from AZ Rental Homes. If you are renting, go with any other property management company or rent direct from a landlord. They are VERY tough to get ahold of on anything; and neglect the properties they manage. We moved in with the property in poor condition without a working dishwasher, fridge, or stove and took about a month to get this resolved. On move out, they took most of the security deposit for normal wear and tear. In summary, not a credible company.

I hope that anyone who considers renting from AZ Rental Homes looks at the reviews first. Don't get stuck with the horrible service this company provides. From the 1st day my children and their roommates moved in there, we have had nothing but problems. On move in day, we had an appointment with Janine to pick up the keys. The appointment was pushed back because the flooring that was suppose to be replaced before move in day hadn't been started. The first sign is the 'F' rating that this company has from the Better Business Bureau in Arizona. When we moved in the apartment was filthy and we spent more than a full day cleaning it and fixing things. After living there for a full year, the building developed a rat problem. Maintenance came and patched over the holes in the walls, however the rats would chew through the wall and make new paths. They fine people 25$ for sending out the HOA violation in an email because she (Rebecca) actually has to work to email us. No warning just a straight 25$ fee. They tell you to use the tenant portal when needing maintenance to fix something, after a month of it not being fixed we had to email them and he said well you should have emailed it to me, whats the point of us using the tenants portal if you don't check it. My boyfriend and I are currently renting a property from this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will be contacting a lawyer and getting the phone number to the owner of the house. Shane the owner called my boyfriend a ************ on the phone. I summits a maintenance request for 2 things on October 18 2016 and he said he didn't receive anything, well I screen shot the maintenance tickets for proof.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE!! STAY AWAY!! CHECK YELP, GOOGLE REVIEW AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FIRST!!! Please, always do your research so you can avoid having to go through these headaches. STAY AWAY! I've lived many of places b4 and know whats expected of me at move out. This was devastating! Chrgs listed on invoice were for $195 carpet cleaning. Had srvc come out and they refused 2 do the job due 2 the age/wear of the carpet and wrote a recommendation to be replaced. This info was given to Lisett (Leasing Agent).
