Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered pool stair rails and a few various smaller items on March 28, 2022. All items were listed as in stock on website. Also, Free shipping on orders $150+. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. When items had not arrived after 7 days (covid ship issues?) , I called az pool supply to inquire about items. I was told rail is on BO for 7-10 wks. Don't trust these people online they will screw you. They guarantee nothing, they take no returns.
I have been going to AZ Pool Supplies in Scottsdale for years. And I have always had problems with the people behind the counter. The stock in the store is very limited so almost everything has to be ordered. The biggest problem is the counter peoples lack of knowledge of the computer system. But the prices were good so I just tolerated the poor service. But my most recent encounter with the old man that is hard of hearing is the last straw. I will never buy anything from them again!
