The repair cost was reasonable, and after a few days of use, the A/C is still running smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the issue clearly before starting the work.

The installation process was smooth, and the technicians explained each step clearly. Compared to my previous experiences with AC installations, this visit was handled more efficiently✅

Initially, I was concerned about the estimated time for repair, but they managed to fix the HVAC issue effectively in about an hour after identifying a faulty circuit board. Compared to my previous experience with another technician, there was no need for multiple visits as the problem was resolved on the first go.👍

I was initially doubtful because of a past experience elsewhere where the issue wasn't identified correctly, but the technician quickly pinpointed a faulty capacitor and had it replaced within about an hour. He explained each step as he worked, which aligned with the troubleshooting I'd read up on beforehand.

The installation of the new thermostat was completed in just under an hour, which seemed appropriate since I had already coordinated with building management beforehand. The technician was thorough in explaining how the device works and ensured it synchronized properly with our central system.
