I was initially concerned about disruption, but they arrived on time and the maintenance was thorough, though I did have to prompt them to check a filter I suspected needed attention. Overall, the visit took just under two hours and my system is running noticeably more efficiently now.

The problem turned out to be a faulty wiring connection with the old thermostat, which was resolved efficiently during their visit when they installed the new one in about an hour. Overall, this experience was smoother compared to the last HVAC service we had, where scheduling and clarity on pricing were more challenging.
