I arrived today at 3:20 PM but the building was already closed. This is the second time this week — I was also here Tuesday and it was closed then too. Your website still lists 4:30 PM as closing time, but no one was here. With my work schedule I can’t leave early to get here before you close. Since I can’t rely on the posted hours, I’ll need to take my business elsewhere. You’ve lost a customer.
Excellent customer service. We purchased three new patio heater covers. Sturdy and strong and beautiful. We have had our current natural gas patio heaters for seven years. They’re beautiful they work great there is no rust on them and we live near the ocean. The covers keep them clean and the quality of the stainless steel is premium so the heaters look new. Thank you for great customer service and great products.M

Danny at AZ Patio heaters helped us get an item we really needed and couldn’t find anywhere. As soon as we called he was kind and went out of his way to help us get everything settled for our fire table heater. We absolutely recommend buying any of your outdoor heaters from AZ Patio heaters!
Needed help replacing the ignition box for my heater. I ordered the wrong one and when inquiring was told the part was no longer made. Brian had fantastic customer service and helped source the part for me and let me return the wrong part. Would def recommend these guys, customer service like this is rare these days!
