purchased the fire pit and used it twice, whole unit caught on fire, was told by warranty customer service that i can replace the parts underneath myself like I'm a technician. what a waste of money and terrible customer service!

6 month old fire pit. the paint peels off the top. They will send me a new one for $225 shipping cost for their defective product. what a bunch of BS. we do not recommend this company JUNK
RecommendedBought one of their heaters from a private label company. Works GREAT, but about a month after the warranty expired, the on/off switch broke. There was some initial confusion regarding whether this was their product or not, but after determining it was theirs, they immediately shipped me a new switch, and it's now good as new! Kudos and thanks to "BO.MCMILLEN (at) azpatioheaters.com" in their warranty department for such great customer service!
One of the only places I can find in the U.S. that offers replacement parts for tabletop patio heaters!
They could actually care about customers and stand behind product. When you know materials are not going to withstand weather, but still sell. Pay employees very little, and offer no benefits.

Hello Rod Lanier, our warranty clearly states that it applies to the original purchaser of the unit, and that to honor it, we do need a receipt or purchase order. Our Warranty Department would need the proof of purchase to be sure the unit is still covered by the limited warranty, which is one year from the date of purchase.
Purchased a fire pit and the screws to top went in at weird angle and popped through the top. Contacted warranty dept and they said wrong bolts were used. I used the ones they included. I would not recommend this company or product.
Purchased a fire table that arrived with the table top damaged. Contacted the warranty department and was promised a new table top immediately. 3 months later still waiting. No return calls or emails after the first promise. I would not use this company again.
