They did not send me any information of documents to be filled out for a new patient and I was referred by my neurologist. I live 3 hours away and when I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment they said I wasn’t there early enough to fill out my paperwork and would need to reschedule. What a joke! I would not use these doctors! You might be interfering with their golf game and be told to come back later.

I love AZ PaIn doctors and their staff! I've seen Tanner and Jess and they are awesome! They are all so kind, patient, and understanding. I feel like they truly listen to your problems and help you out as best as they can which they always have solutions. I say give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!
