This is the worst Dr office and staff I’ve ever been to . I had an appointment at 9 am . Showed up at 835am . Was gave a stack of paperwork to fill out was done at 9am and the dr refused to see me because he said I was late for my appointment. What? I would have filled the paperwork before but they don’t do it online. I was done and he still wouldn’t see me . My husband was referred to this office by another doctor. He was sent a link over the phone that asked him to confirm his information such as name and address. Nothing else was sent to him. He received a few messages verifying his appointment time. Never were we told about filling out paperwork online or to show up 45 minutes early to fill out paperwork. They did not send me any information of documents to be filled out for a new patient and I was referred by my neurologist. I live 3 hours away and when I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment they said I wasn’t there early enough to fill out my paperwork and would need to reschedule. What a joke! I would not use these doctors! You might be interfering with their golf game and be told to come back later.
