My stop / waste valve was leaking. Coincidentally, I spoke with my neighbor Jana and she recently had her stop / waste valve replaced by Arizona Irrigation Maintenance (AIM). I called, an estimated came out on time, gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled the work. Excellent customer service and workmanship. I'll be using them in the future.
Brad has been my irrigation expert for years. Amazing. One emergency had him outside in a miserable sleeting rain to repair a major breakdown. Repaired and done. What a guy!
Use AIM; you won't be sorry. We have used them for a number of years, both for maintenance and installation. They are quite knowledgeable and VERY responsive. Easy to deal with, too.
We have used AIM for years . Brad provides very reliable service. He has a very nice lady answer the phone if he is not immediately available, and his return call is prompt. He keeps in touch via email with is turn on turn off service. I recommend Aim especially to those who just come up to Flagstaff for the summer. Never any concerns with his expertise and reliability.
I have used AZ Irrigation and Maintence for many years. Alway very good to return calls and to come out and check out what I need taken care of in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the work. Brad is very hands on and a very nice person to work with and I highly recommend !!
Brad (the owner) is a pleasure to do business with. He is kind, caring, honest and very positive, upbeat & easy-going. No matter what the problem or the crisis he is always take a "Where there's a Will there's a Way" attitude. It's nice to know he's on the customer's side and makes it easy to call on him.
AIM converted our HOA complex from manual to automated irrigation. They worked well with all the homeowners not disturbing landscaping. The job was done professionally and on time. Response time a year later for issues is quick. George G.
