Rip off! They charge a delivery fee and an additional "service fee" thats $27! On top of delivery fee! My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday. One attempt was made and they emailed me saying they tried to contact the recipient. They never contacted the recipient once. Not a text, not a call, not once. My old and wilted flowers were delivered finally on Tuesday.4 days after the date I ordered to be delivered and paid a a service fee of $27! I ordered a sympathy plant basket through Flowers for You and AZ Florist fulfilled the order. The arrangement was even better than the photo and all of the plants were pristine and fresh. Thank you so much for the beautiful delivery!

I did same day delivery They couldn't find the address so they delivered it to her work for no extra charge the very next morning. Honestly my phone was broken at the time so it most likely wasn't their fault. She loved the flowers they were fresh and beautiful and smelled amazing. She doesn't hate me anymore 😂

No one was home for the delivery, but they still left the flowers outside at 12:45. It was 110° today in Mesa Arizona, but they still left the flowers outside. With a note that said please call us to schedule a re-delivery. Not very good customer service. Do not use this company because they don’t care.
