Az Flat Fee was very easy to work with. I was able to sell my home quickly and keep more of my equity given their low flat fee.
One of their agents *************************** made an appointment with me she was a half an hour late and then when she arrived she told me that I would have to pay for a seller's flat rate of $3,500 and I would have to pay for the buyers fee of $3,500 so what was supposed to be a flat fee of **** she did a baked and switch and suddenly the fee was $7,000. Then she said that she'd have to ask the manager if he'd go down and what I would be willing to pay the whole thing seem like a scam I would not recommend this company

In this case it is simple - We are unable to sell multiple homes or represent multiple clients and bundle that all into ************. Our fee is per transaction. Sell one house, our listing fee is $3,500 plus a $300 retainer. Sell two houses... that same fee applies to the second home. We also are explicit that our fee is for our listing service.
