My first appointment here i was scheduled with Jake. I really liked him and planned to stay with him. Then my next appointment i find out after I leave was scheduled with Dr. Ahliwalia. I called to fix the error explaining I wanted to stay with the same provider and it was just to go over labs he ordered. I was told I had to see the doctor for this appointment. Why? I arrived at my appointment on time and they can’t see me. I drive far. No one had told me to come in 30 min early. Paper does not take that long to fill out while i wait til be called. I live far. I had all my appointments book today so I can drive back home. Feeling frustrated as I waste my time driving down there without being seen. It is what it is. Things happen for a reason. I accept and move on.
Doesn't feel like they respect your time. I understand running late, but is it so hard to keep your patients informed. 1 Hour after appt time and no word feels bad. It also feels like the small details don't matter, like getting the proper needles ordered for an injection or helpful things to accompany a monitor. Its also impossible to call in and get someone on the phone. Overall the staff is very nice, but it always seems like there is a new frustration with every visit.

Office staff are professional and friendly. Never have had issues there. Doctor's care has helped me tremendously with my health! Very happy here!
