Everyone at AZ Endocrine Institute is amazing starting with making an appointment. The appointment coordinator is always so nice and gets back to you really fast when leaving a message. I see Jake Wilkie when I’m there and he is the nicest most compassionate man and explains labs results so I can understand. Not everyone understands medical terminology…a lot of doctors forget that but not Jake. This is the best Endocrinologist group I’ve ever worked with and will only continue to see.
I wish I could give zero stars. As other reviews consistently mention, this place is impossible to get ahold of. This is not just a one-time instance of them not answering their phone. This is months of calling and leaving voicemails on every available line with no calls returned. After establishing care and starting a new medication, my boyfriend was forced to discontinue the medication twice: once when the office sent one LATE refill to the pharmacy without ever returning our calls, and once when we had to wait to establis... read more
