Bob is awesome. Great service, very knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything. My old A/C unit was shot, I needed to replace the whole thing and knew it (had multiple companies tell me the same thing), I had gotten numerous quotes, but everyone kept trying to upsell me and sell me more A/C than I needed for my 1500 sq ft home.
