Our AC unit in our rental went out in the hottest season of AZ. Mike helped us replace our AC unit which happened to go out on a 115 degree day. The AC unit was replaced same day, which was incredible as I work from home! Highly responsive and helpful!
We have only been in the rental property for only a month. Called Dana Brown to advise him of numerous issues, broken water pipe We went through 2,160 thousands of gallons water in 4 days 13 thousands of gallons in less than a month he sent a plumber they said issue was out side the sen a landscaper to fix it they didn't fix it we went through another 21k of gallons of water in 3 days. Pool is contaminated I had to buy chemicals my self and cleaned filter on my own we call ,text no response I had to fix both bathroom toilet ... read more
