Recently had an MRI and just finished a CT scan. Jen on the CT scan was excellent. Told me exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. Made me very comfortable. High marks as a phlebotomist too! Front desk, not so much.
Very unprofessional!! I had an X-ray done. I picked my my CD that had my name and DOB with my X-ray image and paperwork a few days after my appointment. Went to my Dr's appointment in Kingman today, and to our surprise, I was given someone's else ultrasound information on that CD instead of my X-ray. I have concerns that my information is out there in someone else's hands. I can not express how important Attention to detail is critical in the medical industry. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This facility is a joke. If, and I mean a big if, their machines are operational, the tech staff doesn't know what they're doing. The office staff does no follow up and won't return calls. You have to call them to get any information and always have to leave a message. Doesn't work when they don't return the call.
