The customer service I received was exceptional! From the front office staff to the workers completing the procedures….amazing! Thank you so much!
The good…they had an available appointment same day as referral was made. The young woman at the window was polite and explained all the steps before the appointment. The bad… when we came back for the appointment my daughter (19 years old) was very nervous and wanted me to accompany her for her ultrasound…they said no and was slightly rude in the process.
