Casey was awesome. Solved all the issues we were having from previous installer company and in relatively short order! He also corrected a few settings that has been set improperly.
Terrible experience!! I believe my BIG job, because I live up North was subcontracted to an outside person. I told the person at CCTV I did NOT WANT an Internet system. Evidently that info was NOT passed on to the installer. I had already purchased cameras online, i opted NOT to purchase the cameras from CCTV But Was NOT TOLD if I Did NOT BUY THEIR CAMERAS I Would NOT HAVE ANY TECH SUPPORT if There was a Problem with the System!
