Unprofessional and rude. They also have a 1star review on here they gave no response to, all the 5 stars received attention though. Says a lot and explains how their customer service can be so poor.
I used this security system company after a recent upgrade to my equipment. I'm fairly savvy on AV equipment but could not figure out a couple of complicated things. Turns out that a recent power outage knocked out some of the hidden settings. The tech arrived on time, was quick to grasp what the issues were and went right to work. Everything is now perfect with the system. I would highly recommend this company to others. All too often in AZ you find that you know more about the situation than the tech does. Not here.
