The crew arrived on time, acted professionally, and helped move furniture and kids' toys so every part of the carpet could be properly cleaned. Douglas did a great job cleaning our carpet. He was polite, quick, and very professional, and the carpet looked fresh and well cleaned when he finished. I also had a much better experience with the office manager, Gregory, who answered my move-out carpet cleaning questions in a helpful and respectful way. I hired A&z Carpet & Rug after a neighbor recommended them to clean my two very dirty fabric couches. With a young child at home and a pug still having accidents, the upholstery had built-up pet urine smell, greasy hand marks, and plenty of deep-set soil from everyday use.
