I booked the carpet cleaning appointment the day before, so the scheduling was fast and easy. On the service day, they even called to ask if they could arrive a little early, which I appreciated. I was very happy with the carpet cleaning service I received both over the phone and in person. I needed to reschedule my appointment, and they were very flexible and easy to work with. Gregory came out for the cleaning, and he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew a lot about carpet care and stain treatment. They went above and beyond my expectations with removing old carpet and other flooring, preparing the area well, and installing new flooring with great care. Douglas is by far one of the best for carpet cleaning and area rug care. He was also incredibly helpful when heavy rain left water inside the home. He quickly extracted the standing water, set up air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the affected areas, and followed up daily to make sure everything was drying properly.
