I absolutely love this store and its employees!! Best place ever to buy food, supplies, cages....the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They will answer any questions(even if I think they are dumb questions lol). I strongly recommend to anybody who is looking for a quality bird or food and supplies!
I miss living near this az bird store and visiting my pal nigile I hope he find an amazing home where he's happy
Not good on costumer service no one will come to you to give assistance unless you seek someone in there to help you. the birds are mix up crowded on cage ,personnel stuck on there computer or desk ,birds are not human socialize, not friendly personnel, stock overpriced. I just buy there cause it's the nearest bird store.
We go in at least,weekly interact with the birds and all the employees live very it there
Me and my daughter love visiting the Arizona Bird Store! Such a unique idea if you're bored and want to do something different. It's .75 cents to get a bag of food to feed all the different birds and such a blast! Only thing to keep in mind is how loud it will be in the bird room ☺️
