I LOVE this place! Debbie and everyone here has excellent knowledge of birds. I bring my birds in for grooming to this store all the time.
One of the VERY FEW "Go to" places for all needs, direction, and learning for these exotic birds that require a lot of patience, understanding and training. And they have ALWAYS had the ability to obtain resources or refer others in all things Avian related! The interaction allowed upon visiting is always such a fascinating & learning experience! I go in the store after I donate. I ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS STORE XD. I get to play with all the beautiful birds and look at the variety of different toys, foods, and cages. Everyone is kind, helpful, and funny. Definitely recommend it.
I was going to Arizona Birds for around a year. Sad to say my daughter has a mood disorder it has been very comforting to her to be able to hold react with the birds the customer service there most of them can be very rude at the beginning they smile at you and at the end when you come in and you feel people have lost their smiles and become rude I have now chose to go to a different bird shop where the customer service have been very nice to my daughter and has even let her help with the birds
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Their dedication and passion are only surpassed by their love for the birds.
If you like birds it's a great place to hang out awhile. They have a room where the birds are out of their cages and will sit on your shoulder You can get some great pictures and the employees let you enjoy the birds as long as you want
I've been to the store several times and every experience has been pleasant The staff is very helpful and friendly. The selection of toys, cages and misc supplies is excellent. I love being able to go into the bird room and play with all the birds. It is really cool to see the store birds (not for sale) a black palm cockatoo, Hyacinth Macaw and a few others Thanks AZ Bird Store for being a great resource for all things feathered and for being a fun place to go
