I had biggest success to overcome discomfort from my period camps, pain and heavy bleeding, since 6-8 months I have no camps , during my periods and more regular ever since i started my period.
If you are thinking of taking this program, do it! I just completed my third year with the school and Traci Webb's depth of knowledge about Ayurveda continues to amaze me. You will learn about Ayurveda, but more importantly, you will be in a community of amazing women all growing in the same direction. This has been a life changing experience. I have been on a health journey for the past 4 years. Herbs and healthy living has been a huge part of my life. Joining this program and community has been one of the best decisions I've made! I have so much gratitude to Traci and the other coaches for the immense amount of compassion, love and sacred energy they gave as they shared their wisdom.
