This hotel is GORGEOUS! It reminds me of an old castle. The room feels like you’re in your Grandma’s home, or in a Victorian type era. Customer service was excellent for check-in and Karen was very helpful helping me find my way around. The area is nice and it is LA, so just be careful like anywhere else you go. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel b/c its location is in the heart of the city. If you ever need a place to stay, try this hotel! It will make your stay enjoyable.
You have to pay for parking and also pay for the EV charger. I've never had to pay for the charger at another hotel even when the parking is free. On their website is says they have the EV charger but there's no mention of the additional charge.
