This hotel is beautiful! It has so much character, and the art is lovely. The rooms are spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The only only downside was that the room smelled very dusty and stuffy. They could use some airing out. The staff was very polite and informative. Justin and Tim at the front desk were helpful and fun! Overall, very nice stay and I would book here again if I'm in the area.

My trip was booked through Expedia and apparently the front desk employee had no idea how to get the reservation. After finding my reservation, they gave me a hotel key that did not work for the room. Someone was already in the room. The new room that I got was a downgrade and smaller than the one I had already paid for. Overall horrible check in experience. The best they could give me was “sorry about that”.
