I accidentally booked my stay at Ayres Hotel for May 29 instead of March 29 through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel on March 29, the receptionist informed me of the mistake and advised me to contact Booking.com to see if they could waive the cancellation fee or change the reservation to a future date. I loved the vibe of this hotel...it gave old world European meets subtle modern! The rooms are very spacious & clean. It was cleaned daily and all towels & toiletries were refreshed. The staff gave first class customer service, especially Karen, who checked me in! Really appreciated the fridge & microwave! My only gripe would be the 32" TV. Please upgrade to larger screens!
I didn't use services for my short stay. My only knock is it takes longer than it should for hot water to reach the tap. But, it eventually does.
Great hotel, good location, friendly staff. Expensive overnight parking though.
