I have been in ayres hotel more than my own home for the past year. Unfortunately, I have to say, this is a good example of a hotel well taken care of, by the company, but not from the staff or the sales manager. The breakfast is not from a 4 star hotel, rather a cheap motel, learn from the ayres in OC... I have asked to be contacted, or a business card from the sales manager, Ronaldo, and after 3 days... nothing. Too bad. You can come in the hotel if you are looking to pay premium for just fluff...

This hotel has a great location and staff, but the one thing it’s lacking is an upgraded TV set up. The TV is located inside a wardrobe which in order for it to stay open, you have to use some of the bedding to hold the doors back. And then the TVs haven’t been upgraded since the 2000s.

The staff was great and very friendly. Front desk made check in easy and quick. Our bartender David made some really amazing cocktails. The bed was comfortable. The location is conveniently off the freeway with lots of shopping centers and restaurants close by.

I had such a lovely experience! The evening staff when I checked in was so kind and lovely. And the pool is heated so I was able to take a swim in December. I loved the theme of the rooms. It made me feel like I was walking in a Christmas film.
