If I could give half a star I would. My experience with this business was absolutely unbelievable & completely shocking. I'm not really sure where to start. They got names wrong on the death certificate multiple times. I had to send pictures with correct spelling in an email. Which required addendums to my mothers original certificate. Which slowed the process of closing accounts. I had to call multiple times to make sure things were being done in a timely manner & to get updates on a pick up time for my mothers ashes.
