I recently saw Dr. Ayoub for the results of my parotid gland biopsy. Although the results were ultimately a benign tumor, I didn’t know that at the time, and the process of getting that information was frustrating. I had to call multiple times asking for my results, only to be told that I needed to schedule an in‑person follow‑up appointment. Dr. Ayoub is great. He has kept my issues under control and is a great listener. He is busy and there is usually a wait but that is because he tries to see patients when they need him, not months later.

The wait time is horrible. Every time I come here I have to wait over an hour just to be called into the exam room. Not coming back
