While I appreciate the hard work behind this 3M lawsuit and the settlement. I am repulsed by the amount of monies taken by the firm. Sure, this is America and capitalism at its best - BUT also it's worst! There would be no lawsuit if not for the sacrifice of thousands of young men and women. The firm is due monies to cover costs and expenses and some profit.. Yes - that is not in dispute. But only "some" profit. I just feel the AWKO law firm could have done better by us claimants.

I have never had a law firm give out so much misinformation within a short period of time. I initially reached out to a gentleman named Morales who works for the 3M team, he told me that because I have a low FIFO number I will be getting my distribution statement two weeks after filing out the supplemental forms which were done on the 1st of Feb 2024, that didn’t happen then I called and spoke to someone else on the phone, they told me that I should expect it in 2 days and Of course that didn’t happen too. I would like to Thank everyone at the AWKO-Law Firm for their assistance in resolving my case in the TVT mesh lawsuit. It has taken years to get to this point. ghost-like and splintered communication, lengthy turnaround times, no one individual or area to reach out to for case updates, complete lack of ownership and accountability, lacking any real legal professionalism.

Im a disabled vet apart of the settlement with 3m and this firm provides no support or context when attempting to represent me in this case and a number of vets all received no contact and when finally contacted was told we missed out on our settlement and there is nothing we could do is this how w take care of vets this organization is a pillar in which how we can say a system is broken, for organization like this to take no mind in the negative impact they inflict on daily lives is a shame

Wow the review says it all. I went on board with Aylstock Witkin Kreis Overholtz for the cryptocurency fraud I did all the paper work and even signed over to Overholtz the right for them to access my crypto account and I know they used my account as part of their fraud case after about 10 months of them monthly having me fill out paperwork and letting them fully access my account I get a letter them stating they will no longer need me anymore this is after they finally about to have a big settlement for the bitcoin bankruptc... read more
