Laura J again, well it's been another 6 months senese I posted below. Nothing, absolutely nothing, It has not been 8 years. I am beginning to think this is a sham or they have stolen my money. I read on other sites how people where getting their settlements in 8-9 months. I wonder how I can call the law on them or even find out about my case through legal channels. Does anyone know how to help me. I can't close my bankruptcy until this settled. That has been 6 years ago. Help

I have been in this sense 2012 and it is now 2019. I have been told story after story for the past 7 going on 8 years. I had to file bankruptcy and the state of Arizona wants the settlement money. I have signed everything with really not knowing what I was signing for. I have now waited two year for Alystock Witiking Kreis Overholtz to send the bankruptcy the money. Always being told we will have a settlement in a year! I don't feel there is a end to this. I should of gone to someone closer at home! That has been said for ??? years now! I have talked to 3 or 4 different employees now handling my case!!
