Been a client since 2019. I understand that litigation can take a long time. When dealing with mass litigation claims, it can easily take years. This firm has been amazing! I have spoken with one of the partners twice. Even received a personal call recently to let me know about my case. All communication has been outstanding. They kept me updated on the progression of my case. Communication was good. I can't remember a time when I couldn't get ahold of anyone or couldn't get any questions answered. Now, they called yesterday and told me how much I've been awarded. They told me I should start receiving payments in January. This was a very large case with a lot of claimants so I can understand it taking a while. Over all I think 4 out of five stars is warranted.

Absolutely do not hire this law firm. They will abandon you completely—no returned emails, no returned calls, nothing. On the rare occasion they actually bother to respond, they promise to get back to you, and then they vanish again. They received my settlement money at the end of the first quarter, and now it’s the end of the second quarter—still no money, still no update, still no response about what they’ve done with my funds.
