This is more of an urgent care not a a primary care. Most of the providers are dismissive and do the bare minimum. One of my family members had bloodwork done and because of the inattentive provider its been over two weeks and she still has not reviewed the bloodwork and contacted us back. If you want full care go somewhere else.

This facility is the definition of chaos and poor management. Our tests were mishandled not once, but multiple times, forcing us to repeat them because of their internal errors. Instead of owning their mistakes, they made the process even more frustrating by offering no timely appointments for retesting. Absolutely the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible staff. They messed up our tests multiple times and made us redo them again and again because of their incompetence. On top of that, there were no proper appointments available for the retests — we were left waiting with zero accountability from anyone.
