I was really hopeful about this office. I was happy to find a local provider with convenient hours, including weekends, and was hoping we had finally found a PCP who would be thorough and an office that was well organized. Unfortunately, our first experience was disappointing. We made the appointment about a week in advance, but still waited over an hour before the provider came into the room, with no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. Today I saw Dr. Shah, she was kind, patient, thorough and truly caring.
Update on review: While I love the staff at this facility, I doubt I will be back. I'm on a payment plan for a bill; I got this set up on the phone with Alyo two months ago. Two days before the last payment, they sent me to collections. No call or email. This was after I got the email stating that my autopay would be processed Wednesday.
