This space is truly sacred. I adore Rebecca and her classes. She has a way of connecting the mind, breath, and body in a beautiful transformative Kundalini yoga practice. I feel regenerated every time I step out of each class. Very happy with this place
Absolutely love this beautiful space and how welcoming Rebecca is. She has created a safe, healing studio for so many of needing an egoless instructor. Rebecca is a gift to this community. I highly recommend this studio. Grateful!
Loved the full moon gathering with breathwork, and the sound bath afterwards was divine! Such a beautiful healing space.
I would highly recommend the sound healing and yoga classes at Ayla Wellness. Each time I have attended I have had a wonderfully relaxing, peaceful and stress relieving experience. Rebecca is a very caring, helpful and calming person. Very thankful!
