Dr. Unsal is absolutely amazing. He is patient and informative. He took his time to explain the findings of my presenting issues. He also explained the treatment and reason for his recommendations of treatment. Dr. Unsal was also friendly and attentive to my needs as a patient. He was an active listener and provided appropriate feedback. I saw numerous doctors for 3 months before scheduling with him and after my visit with Dr. Unsal, and his treatment recommendations, I was able to breathe better!! I'm late for my appointment. I apologized and said I could wait a long time. I came from far away. I had no chance of coming again. I explained the situation to the doctor's assistant. He never helped me or treated me well. I couldn't get examined. I don't have the opportunity to go to the doctor again for a long time. I was sad and in pain.
Dr. Unsal & his staff were warm, friendly, and listened to my complaint and were able to help me greatly. I will also add they managed to get me an appointment when other places would not see me for almost 2 months out. Just a great experience all around very nice doctor and staff who care about people. Would 100% refer to a friend or family if any ENT issues!
