I've relied on this company for garage door repairs at both my workplace and home for many years. Recently, they replaced my old wooden garage door at my house in Philadelphia with a new insulated door. They had kept my previous door working smoothly for most of its long life. Their pricing was better than other quotes I received, including one from a big retailer. The team, including Mike, made the whole process easy and stress-free. Our garage door cable snapped, so we had to open and close it by hand while searching for a garage door repair company in Philadelphia. When we called around, one company gave us a very high estimate and said the whole door would need to be removed and the assembly rebuilt, but we felt their price was too much and their attitude wasn’t great. Excellent garage door repair service—fast and friendly. No long wait times; they arrived the same day I called. Ricky showed up right on schedule and even called before arriving. He was well-trained and really knew his stuff. Ricky fixed my garage door by installing new springs and rollers to get it balanced again. I highly recommend Ayden & Sons Garage Repair! They made me feel right at home. My garage door wouldn’t open because the spring broke, but they sent out a technician the very next day to replace it. Francis, who answered my call and helped set up the appointment, was fantastic. Carson, who came out to install the new spring, did a great job.
