Drove from San Diego to them after multiple phone calls, sharing of photographs, and complete disclosure of all information they needed or wanted about my car. Came here to get my daughter her first car, already spoke with two reps from the dealership and had a couple picked out that she liked. Get there, and during our visit that we booked almost a month in advance they still had all the cars behind others and we could barely get to them. asked if they could move them out and said it would take too much time. when I asked what if I ended up wanting to test drive the cars they basically had me get bent and told me that we could come back another day. looked for another car that was... read more
drove from oceanside to LA to sell my car. they said it was pretty clean and said theyd buy it a couple days before i left. got a phone call 10 minutes away saying the manager took over and didnt want it but would still help finance for a new one.
